What happens if I book a party rental piece, or pieces and because of weather I cannot use?

Or what if I over ordered on my tables , chairs, tent or any items I already put deposit down?

At time of ordering, we take half down of total invoice price for your deposit.  If you cannot use your inflatable, your deposit is not given back to you. But the good news is, you don't lose your deposit money either.  We will allow you to order the same inflatable or apply deposit toward a different inflatable of equal or greater vaue. So maybe that one saturday you had planned was a washout, or you got sick or whatever the reason, we will gladly reschedule your inflatable for a different date. Up to one year, at some point you should be able to use an inflatable even though it may not be for the original purpose.  Some examples,  4th of july party, another siblings birthday, a summer get together or block party.  Or just use it to create your own special day.

In regards to tents, tables and chairs,and the rest of the party supplies, we pull the inventory out of the system so it is reserved specifically just for you and your event. 100% of the total amount is charged regardless of usage or not.  So make sure your numbers for chairs or tables are correct.  Because once you rent them and pay for them it s 100% non refundable.  So if you call after ordering, you can always add party rental pieces you just can't cancel anything. We still only bill your credit card half of the total amount due at time of rental, but will swipe your card for additional balance on the day of your event, whether you use rental items that you reserved or not.

Delivery and set up of inflatables

You must wipe inside of inflatable out, after use   Also if you have a sprinkler system please turn off during rental period.  Any inflatable not wiped out or wet from sprinkler system will be charged a $50.00 cleaning fee.  Obviously if it rains you have no control over that. Just simply pop inflatable up after rain allowing unit to dry before e get there to pick up.

All inflatables, delivery and set up, take down is included in price.  However if you are not in the immediate area 25 miles or less, a delivery fee will apply, simply call for that price. Unless renting multiple units delivery fee may be waived.

Tents, tables, chairs and other party rental items. we only deliver and pick up

We do not have customer pickup, all around fun delivers and picks everything up for you.  We set up all tents and take them down. We do charge a delivery fee and set up and take down fee for tent.  If in local area $50 for delivery and pickup, and $50 for the tent set up and take down.  However some instances, like on larger tents we do charge more for set up, please call to avoid any confusion.

Tents are always set up in desired area and taken down, gopher one call must be called one week prior to tent rental. they must do a locate of undergroujd utilities. If this is not done we cannot set up tent!!! make sure you call 811 from your phone.  Tell them you are setting up the tent.

Tables and chairs are delivered at end of driveway, and must be put back where we put them, exactly how we put them there. they must all be cleaned and wiped down ager your party and replaced back In a neat and tidy manner.  All chairs come stacked and nest into each other. Please pay attention to this, because if we have to restack after your party a fee of $50 will be added to your invoice.  Ask how to stack chairs and tables if your not clear.

Small orders during off season wth arrangements made prior we sometimes do allow pickup, but please call first.
